How to get the script?

You put (on FTP) the file where you need! Then put your email (in the file « contact.php » you paid):

$to = « youremail@yoursite.com »;

$from = « noreply@yoursite.com »;

And the URL to use it is:

contact.php?access=form

Then to click to call it, put this code on your WordPress (HTML edit) or web page. You can modify « www.yoursite.com »:
